The Audit Logs page provides a chronological record of all user activity within your Ship system, listed from the most recent to the oldest. It allows you to review key actions performed by users, including changes related to security, rates, and carrier service availability.

Viewing audit logs helps you maintain visibility and control over your shipping operations. They provide a detailed record of every action taken in the system, making it easier to:

  • Monitor user activity – See who made changes and when, helping identify errors or unauthorised actions.
  • Support troubleshooting – Quickly diagnose issues with configurations, rates, or carrier service availability.
