A carrier account connects your organisation to a carrier(s) using your own contract and rates. It stores the configuration needed to create shipments, generate labels, and track deliveries under your agreement.

To access Carrier accounts, go to Settings > Carrier accounts.

Edit account

To edit an carrier account, select the account from the table row and click Edit.

From this page you can edit two sections:

  1. Carrier Account - Edit name and description.

  2. Shipping Locations - Click to select or de-select the shipping locations to include in this carrier account.

If you’re happy with your edits, click Save.
