Carrier service groups
Create and manage carrier service groups in Ship. Control which carrier services are used for specific carrier service groups.
Carrier service groups let you organise selected carrier services into custom pools for allocation. By creating these groups, you can control which services are eligible for certain types of shipments.
When you allocate a shipment using a carrier service group, Ship limits selection to the services within that group. This ensures allocations follow your operational rules and business logic, giving you greater control over cost, performance, and compliance across different shipment types.
To access Carrier service groups, go to Settings > Service Groups.
