Shipping locations
Manage your shipping locations in Ship.
Please note: Both Shipments API and Consignments API users can edit existing shipping locations. However, only customers subscribed to our Consignments API package can add new shipping locations. For Shipments API users, new locations are configured during onboarding and managed by Sorted Support.
The Shipping Locations page allows you to view, add, edit, and remove locations, as well as manage their associated collection calendars.
A shipping location represents a physical site used to send goods, such as a store, warehouse, or distribution centre. These locations act as the origin points for your shipments.
To access Shipping locations, go to Settings > Shipping locations.
Add shipping location
To add a new shipping location, follow the steps below:
- Click Add Shipping Location.
- Complete the fields under Shipping details, Contact details, Address details, and User access.
- When all required information is entered, click Save at the bottom of the page.
Edit shipping location
To edit an existing shipping location:
- Click Edit on the row of the shipping location you want to edit.
- Edit the fields you need to change.
- When all required information is edited, click Save at the bottom of the page.
To remove a shipping location, click Remove on the shipping location row you want to remove.
