The error code internal_server_error is returned whenever an unexpected or unhandled error occurs in a Sorted API.

This error code will be returned in rare situations where an unforeseen problem occurred and Sorted's API was unable to handle the error properly.

This might occur, for instance, if there is a previously-undetected bug relating to a particular API endpoint.
