400 - Invalid State for Operation
Tip
The invalid_state_for_operation error code is returned if your request requires a shipment to be in a particular state, but the shipment is not in that state (or one of the valid states for that operation)
This error code will be returned, for example, if you attempt to manifest a shipment that has not been allocated yet.
